Orders received from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday onwards will be shipped the following Monday to ensure the goods arrive fresh.

Parking permit:

If you're not at home when the delivery arrives, you can easily grant permission to leave the package somewhere – for example, on the patio or at the front door – in the DPD shipping email. This way, your sausage won't be waiting in vain and will be there when you get home. Enjoy your meal!

We place great importance on ensuring that your order arrives perfectly chilled and fresh. Therefore, we use special packaging to maintain the cold chain seamlessly from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Your products are wrapped in high-quality thermal foil, which reliably prevents heat from entering or cold from escaping. In addition, we place cool packs in the packaging to maintain the optimal temperature.

This keeps everything fresh and cool – safely packed in a sturdy shipping carton that is ideally suited for transport.

Please note that we cannot be held liable if the package cannot be delivered by the courier. To ensure smooth delivery, please carefully check the information in the shipping confirmation email.

We source our meat products from abroad. We place the highest value on adherence to Islamic guidelines. The animals are slaughtered according to Halal standards without stunning, so that we can offer you products of the best Halal quality.

Our products are manufactured by Asfa Wurstproduktion, Marktplatz 16, 35789 Weilmünster.

In addition, we place great importance on transparency: On our social media accounts, we regularly provide insights and also name our meat suppliers, so you know exactly where our products come from.

We use only the finest beef, slaughtered according to Halal guidelines. Traditional production in the Frankfurt style and selected spices create the special flavor that makes our sausage so unique.

Because our products are perishable food items, we unfortunately cannot offer a return policy. However, we ensure that all goods are stored and transported under the highest quality and safety standards to guarantee that they arrive fresh and undamaged.

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt – make sure it is complete and that everything is undamaged.

If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery via email or using our contact form.

Unfortunately, we can no longer acknowledge any claims after this deadline – this is due to logistical reasons and is especially important for food products.

Since this is perishable goods, the condition must be checked immediately after delivery. A later complaint can no longer be clearly verified.
